Continuing to Build the Foundation
Creating a Personal Signal System
Your guidance system is personal. It speaks to you in ways that make sense for your
body, your energy, your way of experiencing the world. Guidance shows up through
physical sensations and emotional shifts that become consistent over time. For some
people, yes feels like expansion or warmth in the chest. No feels heavy or tight in the
throat or gut. For others, clarity arrives as a sense of relief, a quiet knowing, or a subtle
lightness. There is no universal signal system. What matters is learning yours
and trusting it.
This week...
Notice what yes and no feel like for you. Not in big, life changing decisions.
In small, everyday moments. Over time, these signals become consistent.
That consistency is what builds trust.
You are already communicating. You are just learning how your messages arrive.
The Difference Between Receiving and Reaching
There is a difference between being open to guidance and trying to grab it.
Reaching often comes from impatience or doubt. It feels like searching, analyzing, or asking
the same question five different ways hoping for a new answer. Receiving feels quieter. It
feels like listening and allowing insight to arrive in its own timing.
You do not miss guidance by relaxing. You miss it by forcing it. When you create space,
clarity has somewhere to land.
This week...
Practice asking fewer questions and listening more. Let insight surprise you instead of
chasing it. Receiving is a skill. It gets easier with trust.
