Eradicate it. Not manage it, not make peace with it. Eradicate it. That's a strong word, and they meant it that way. The Rose card showed up to clarify how. Rose is one of the oldest symbols of love, and that includes the love you extend to yourself. What the guides are pointing to here is that negativity doesn't just live in your thoughts. It lives in the places where you've stopped tending to yourself. The conversations you keep having in your head. The things you're holding onto that have long since stopped serving you. Rose is asking you to release all of it. This isn't about being positive all the time. Rose is honest about that. Its petals are soft but its thorns are real. Love in the

truest sense includes both. What Rose is asking you to set down is the weight that

isn't yours to carry anymore. The story that things won't get better. The feeling

that you have to figure it out alone. Help is available. Support is closer than you

think. A friend, a mentor, someone who shows up in quiet, practical ways. Pay

attention.
