Spotlight: Law of Vibration (or Frequency)

The Law of Vibration is the idea that everything is energy and everything is always moving. Even when things look still, there is motion happening beneath the surface. Our thoughts, emotions, words, and actions all carry a certain energetic frequency. In everyday terms, how you feel on the inside shapes how you experience life on the outside. You may notice this in simple, familiar ways. On days when you wake up feeling calm, rested, or grateful, things often seem to flow a little more easily. Conversations feel lighter. Small inconveniences do not hit as hard. On the flip side, when you are stressed, overwhelmed, or frustrated, even minor things can feel amplified. The traffic feels worse. Emails feel heavier. People feel more irritating. This is vibration in action, not as punishment, but as feedback. Higher vibrations are often connected to emotions like gratitude, love, peace, curiosity, and clarity. Lower vibrations can show up as fear, anger, doubt, exhaustion, or resentment. Lower vibration does not mean you are doing anything wrong. It simply means something within you is asking for attention. Maybe you need rest. Maybe you need to set a boundary. Maybe something needs to be felt instead of pushed away. Many people associate the Law of Vibration with the Law of Attraction, but vibration comes first. Instead of focusing on what you want to manifest, this law asks you to notice what energy you are currently carrying.
