One Thing to Try This Week: Your Spirit Guides Are Listening • Clarity Spark

You do not need a new practice, a new ritual, or a new anything. What you need is one small thing you are actually willing to do. That is it.

This week I am sharing a few ways to connect with your spirit guides through your dreams and your quiet moments. Pick the one that feels most natural to you and just try it. One. Not all of them.

Invite your guides into your dreams

Each night before you fall asleep, ask your guides to meet you in your dreams. You do not need to do anything elaborate, just say it quietly or in your head as you are drifting off. Keep a notes app or a notebook close by and write down whatever you remember the moment you wake up, even if it feels random or makes no sense yet.

Let the answer come to you

When you wake up and remember a dream, instead of trying to analyze it right away, just ask out loud "what do you want me to know?" and then go about your morning. Notice what shows up throughout the day, a song, a conversation, a random thought that feels like it came out of nowhere. That is usually your answer.

Think of someone you love

Pick one person you feel really connected to, living or passed, and before bed just think about them intentionally for a minute or two. Not with grief or longing, just with warmth. Notice if they show up in your dreams or if you wake up with them on your mind.

Track the patterns

Keep a running dream note on your phone this week, even if it is just one word or one image you remember. By the end of the week look back at all of them together. Patterns and messages are a lot easier to spot when you can see the whole week at once instead of one dream at a time.

Pick one and let me know what comes through.
