The crown chakra is your connection point to source, to your guides, whatever you personally call the guiding force behind everything. When it's closed off or sluggish, life feels like you're doing everything through static, every insight muffled, every intuitive nudge easy to ignore. Opening it can be as simple as sitting still for two minutes, picturing a soft light at the top of your head, and setting the intention that you're ready to receive. Your energy isn't waiting on your schedule to catch up. It's waiting on you to say yes. And that's exactly where the card steps in. Give yourself some credit for doing a good job at this whole living thing. This isn't about the big wins or the moments that get applause. It's about showing up in a body, in a life, in a world that asks a lot of you every single day, and somehow still getting up and doing it again.

You can't raise your energy on demand if you're spending it all convincing yourself you haven't earned the right to feel good yet.
