The message this week was refreshingly practical but much longer than expected! Sometimes the universe just talks to you like a friend giving you good advice over coffee.

The clarifier is the Council of Light. If you're not familiar with them, think of the Council as your personal team in the spirit realm. Ascended masters, light beings, angels, guides, all devoted to raising the consciousness of the planet and helping you live out your soul mission. They are ready and willing to help with anything. The catch, and it's an important one, is that free will runs the show down here. They cannot step in unless you ask.

You are being told to protect your energy and keep your frequency up, and in the very same breath you're being reminded that you have an entire team available to help you do exactly that. You don't have to white knuckle your way through protecting your own field. You don't have to just hope the low vibe person at work doesn't ruin your week. You can actually delegate this.

Try asking the Council directly. Something as simple as "please keep my energy protected today" or "help me stay clear of anything that isn't for my highest good" is enough.

Low vibe people and situations aren't always dramatic. Sometimes it's just a draining conversation, a scroll through the news, a boss who seems to specialize in bad moods. Keeping your vibration high isn't about pretending those things don't exist. It's about not absorbing them as your own. And that's a job you were never meant to do solo so please ask for help.

This message came right after the Spiritual message. No clarification is needed. I had a little laugh at this one because we will understand fully!
