 The chakras are the body’s main energy centers, guiding how we think, feel, and connect with the world. When your energy is flowing you feel more balanced, open, and clear. When it’s blocked you might notice tension, fatigue, or a sense of being off center. Learning about the chakras helps you understand what your energy is trying to tell you so you can restore balance from the inside out.

7. CROWN CHAKRA - VIOLET OR WHITE

Location: Top of the head Balanced: Spiritually connected, peaceful, trusting, and open to divine guidance. Unbalanced: Disconnected, confused, spiritually lost, or feeling life has no purpose.

6. THIRD EYE CHAKRA - INDIGO

Location: Forehead, between the eyebrows Balanced: Intuitive, insightful, focused, and mentally clear. Unbalanced: Doubtful, indecisive, overthinking, or disconnected from intuition.

Location: Throat Balanced: Expressive, authentic, honest, and confident in communication. Unbalanced: Fear of speaking, feeling unheard, withdrawn, or overly talkative.

Location: Center of chest Balanced: Loving, compassionate, forgiving, and emotionally open. Unbalanced: Jealous, bitter, closed off, lonely, or holding grudges.

Location: Upper abdomen/stomach area Balanced: Confident, self-assured, motivated, and decisive. Unbalanced: Insecure, powerless, controlling, or overly critical of self or others.

Location: Lower abdomen, below the navel Balanced: Creative, joyful, passionate, and emotionally connected. Unbalanced: Emotionally numb, uninspired, guilty, or overly emotional.
