Meditation for Letting Emotions Move
Settle into a comfortable position and gently close your eyes.
Take a slow breath in through your nose, and exhale through your mouth.
Bring your attention to your body.
Notice where emotion is present today.
You do not need to name, explain, or change it. Simply notice.
As you breathe out, imagine the emotion gently unwinding,
releasing its grip, and moving through you with ease.
Remind yourself silently:
It is safe to feel.
It is safe to release.
If emotions rise, let them pass through without resistance.
There is nothing wrong with what you feel.
Emotions are energy in motion, and you are allowing them to move.
With each exhale, feel your body becoming lighter, calmer, more open.
Your nervous system settles as you stop holding and start allowing.
Take a few more slow breaths here.
When you are ready, gently bring your awareness back,
carrying a sense of softness and ease with you
