Meditation: Receiving Not Reaching

Sit comfortably and close your eyes.

Take three slow breaths. Let your body soften with each exhale.

Think of a question you have been asking lately. Not a huge life question. Something simple.

Now notice what happens in your body when you try to force an answer. Reach for it. Search

for it. Feel that effort. That tension.

Now let it go. Release the question completely.

Take another breath and imagine your question floating away like a leaf on water.

Settle into this space of not knowing. Not searching. Just being present and open.

Rest here. If an answer comes, it comes. If it does not, that is fine too.

This is receiving. No effort. No grasping. Just space for clarity to land when it is ready.

Stay as long as you like. When you are done, take one more breath and

gently open your eyes.

Guidance arrives when you stop chasing it.
