One thing to try this week: Talk out loud to your Guides • Clarity Spark

You do not need a new practice, a new ritual, or a new anything. What you need is one small thing you are actually willing to do. That is it.
This week, try talking to your guides out loud during the day. Yes, out loud. Even if it feels a little weird at first. Here are a few easy ways to start. Pick the one that feels most natural to you and just try it. One. Not all of them.
Start With a Simple Check In
While you are making coffee, getting dressed, or doing anything on autopilot, just say out loud “hey, I am listening.” That is it. You do not need a script or the perfect words. You are just opening the line and letting them know you are available. A quick check in during an ordinary moment counts more than you think.
Ask for Help Before Something Tricky
Before a hard conversation, a decision you have been sitting with, or anything that has you feeling stuck, say out loud “I could use some help with this. Show me what I need to see.” Then pay attention to what shifts. A thought, a feeling, something someone says to you. That is usually where your answer shows up.
Say Thank You When Something Lands Right
When something works out, when you get a nudge that leads somewhere good, or when the right thing shows up at the right time, say thank you out loud. It sounds simple because it is. Gratitude keeps the conversation going in both directions.
Notice What Comes Back
After you start talking out loud, pay attention to the quiet moments that follow. A song, a sign, a thought that feels a little too calm and clear to be your usual mental noise. Your guides do not always respond in words. They respond in whatever is available. You just have to be watching for it.
