❤ Root Chakra — Tuning into Stability and Ground into the Present
Visualization:
Close your eyes and bring your attention to the base of your spine. Visualize a glowing red orb of light there, warm, steady, and strong. See roots extending from this light deep into the earth, anchoring you in safety and stability. With each breath, repeat silently: “I am secure. I trust life. I am grounded.” Feel the energy of the earth rising up through these roots, nurturing, steady, and full of life as it moves up into your body.
Try This:
Stand with your feet hip-width apart and soften your knees. Gently shift your weight from side to side, then slowly begin moving your hips in small circles. Let your breath stay steady and natural. Feel your feet connect to the ground beneath you and imagine your body settling into a steady rhythm. Stay here for a minute and let your body move in a way that feels natural and grounding
