Come join the Collective Clarity Circle for our 30 Day Meditation Challenge. The best part? This challenge is completely timeless, so no matter when you find it, you can start right now.

We are keeping it simple. Week one is just 2 minutes a day. That's it. Two minutes to step away from the noise and create a little stillness in your day. Each week we add a few more minutes, and by week four you'll be sitting for 10 minutes a day without even thinking twice about it.

Small steps, real results.

Meditation does not have to be complicated or perfect. It just has to happen. And when it does, something shifts. Your nervous system starts to settle. The mental chatter quiets down. You begin to hear yourself again, maybe for the first time in a while.

This is also one of the most powerful ways to open a connection with your spirit guides, your higher self, or whatever resonates with you as your highest source of guidance. That connection does not require years of practice. It requires consistency, and this challenge is designed to build exactly that.

Whether you are brand new to meditation or just getting back to it after a long break, this challenge meets you where you are. All you need is a timer and a willingness to show up for yourself.

And if you want support along the way, join the Collective Clarity newsletter. Each week you will find tips, tools, and gentle nudges to keep your practice moving forward. It is the easiest way to stay connected and make sure nothing good passes you by.

Let's do this together.

30 DAY MEDITATION CHALLENGE

I know what you're thinking. I don't have time to meditate. I thought the same thing. And then I realized I was spending 20 minutes scrolling before I even got out of bed. So here we are.

This challenge is designed for real life. No special cushion required, no perfect quiet space, no experience needed. Just you, a timer, and a few minutes a day. Here's how it works:

Week 1 (Days 1-7): 2 minutes

Just two minutes. You can do anything for two minutes. Sit, close your eyes,

breathe. That's the whole assignment.

Week 2 (Days 8-14): 4 minutes

You survived week one. Now we add two more minutes. Still shorter than most

commercials.

Week 3 (Days 15-21): 7 minutes

This is where it starts to feel like something. Seven minutes gives you enough

time to actually settle in and notice how you feel.

Week 4 (Days 22-30): 10 minutes

Ten minutes a day. That's it. By now it won't even feel like a big deal because

you built up to it.

A few tips before you start

Fully quieting your mind is not the goal here. Just

noticing what your mind is doing is the point. Same time every day works best,

pick whatever works for your schedule. Missing a day doesn't mean you failed,

just pick it up the next day. And if two minutes feels too easy in week one, just

double the time. I'll be doing it right alongside you.
