This one minute meditation gently guides you to breathe through suppressed emotions and release what you have been holding in. No experience needed, just a minute and a willingness to feel.

Find a comfortable position and close your eyes.

Take a slow breath in and let it out.

Think about something you've been holding back lately.

A feeling you've been managing, pushing down, or trying not to feel.

You don't need to name it perfectly. Just sense it.

Notice where it lives in your body.

Your chest, your throat, your stomach.

Just place your attention there and breathe into it gently.

Say silently:

I am allowed to feel this.

My feelings are not a problem to solve.

They are energy that needs room.

Take a breath and give it that room.

Just for this moment.

You don't have to perform it or fix it. Just let it be there without resistance.

One more slow breath in.

And on the exhale, release the effort of holding it all together.

You are safe to feel.

Open your eyes when you're ready.
