An Invitation to Receive - Meditation
Sit comfortably and gently close your eyes
Take a slow breath in through your nose
Exhale through your mouth, letting your body soften
Bring your attention to your body
Notice where you may be holding tightness
There is nothing to fix
Just notice Notice your breath
No need to change it
Imagine space opening inside you
Space around your thoughts
Space in your chest
Silently say:
I am open to receive
Rest here for a few breaths
No effort.
No searching
When you’re ready, take one deeper breath in
Exhale slowly
Return with a sense of openness
