Being Present Meditation

Find a comfortable position.

Take three slow breaths.

In through your nose.

Out through your mouth.

Let your shoulders drop.

Notice where your body makes contact. Feet on the floor.

Back against the chair. Just notice.

Silently say,

"I am here. I am open. I am listening."

Rest in this space.

If thoughts come, let them pass.

If you feel a nudge, a knowing, or a shift, simply acknowledge it.

You are just present. Available. Listening.

Stay here as long as feels right.

When you are ready, take one more breath, and return to your day.

The nudges are always there. You just practiced hearing them.
