Frequency Grounding - Root Chakra Reset Meditation


Take a slow breath in through your nose.

Exhale gently through your mouth.

Bring your awareness to your lower body.

Your hips.

Your legs.

Your feet.

Notice the steady support beneath you.

Now imagine a warm red light at the base of your spine.

This is your root chakra.

Your center of safety and stability.

With each exhale, allow tension and excess energy to release downward.

You don’t need to name it.

Just let it go.

With each inhale, imagine drawing steady, grounding energy back up from the Earth.

Slow.

Supportive.

Calm.

Silently repeat:

I am safe in my body.

I am supported.

I belong here.

Take one final breath.

Feel yourself grounded, present, and steady
