Grounding Meditation: Steady in the Body
Sit comfortably and place your feet on the floor.
Take a slow breath in.
Exhale fully.
Bring your attention to your feet and imagine gentle roots extending into the ground.
Nothing dramatic. Just steady connection.
Notice your spine.
Your breath.
The simple weight of being here.
Place a hand on your lower belly and feel it rise and fall.
Silently say:
I am steady.
I am supported.
Rest here for a few breaths.
Let the ground hold you.
And from this steadiness, allow guidance to meet you.
