A Gentle Vibration-Raising Meditation


Settle into a comfortable position, allowing your spine to lengthen naturally.

Gently close your eyes and take a slow, steady breath in through your nose.

Exhale fully through your mouth, releasing anything that feels heavy or rushed.

Bring your awareness to the center of your body, just behind your heart.

Imagine a soft, steady light glowing there, warm and calm.

With each inhale, that light becomes brighter and clearer.

With each exhale, it expands gently through your chest, shoulders, and belly.

As your body relaxes, your nervous system begins to settle,

your breath slows, your mind softens.

You are not forcing your energy to rise, you are allowing it.

Silently repeat:

I am centered.

I am calm.

I am aligned.

Rest in this feeling for a few breaths.

When you are ready, gently bring your awareness back,

carrying this steady, elevated energy with you into the rest of your day.
