Energy Protection Meditation


Take a slow breath in through your nose.

Exhale gently through your mouth, letting your shoulders soften.

Bring your awareness to your body.

Notice where your energy feels open, tired, or stretched thin.

There is nothing to fix. Just notice.

Now imagine a soft light forming around you.

It may be white, gold, blue, or any color that feels safe and steady.

This light surrounds your entire body like a calm, protective cocoon.

This light does not block love or connection.

It simply filters what is not yours to carry.

Only supportive, aligned energy is allowed to enter.

With each breath, feel this protective field becoming stronger and steadier.

Your energy settles back into your body

Your nervous system relaxes.

If you’ve picked up emotions, tension, or expectations from others, imagine them gently releasing now.

They dissolve into the light without effort.

Take one more slow breath.

Feel grounded. Feel contained. Feel safe within your own energy.


Affirmation:

My energy is protected.

I choose what I allow in.

I am calm, grounded, and supported
