Golden Light Meditation
Close your eyes and take one slow, deep breath in through your nose.
As you exhale, release anything heavy or distracting.
Imagine a warm, golden light filling your chest.
With each inhale, let that light grow brighter.
With each exhale, feel it expand through your entire body.
Silently repeat: “I choose calm. I choose clarity. I choose light.”
Take one final deep breath, and gently return to the moment, carrying that
elevated energy with you
