Grounding Meditation - Daily 1 Minute Reset
Close your eyes and take a slow breath in through your nose.
Exhale through your mouth, letting your shoulders soften.
Bring your awareness to your feet and imagine
gentle roots growing downward into the earth.
With each breath out, feel yourself becoming heavier, steadier, supported.
The ground holds you.
You are safe here.
Affirmation: I am grounded. I am calm. I am supported
