Nervous System Reset Meditation
Settle into a comfortable position, allowing your body to be fully supported.
Gently close your eyes and take a slow breath in through your nose, letting the inhale feel smooth and steady.
Exhale through your mouth, signaling to your nervous system that it is safe to soften.
With each breath, invite your body out of alert mode and into rest.
Bring your awareness to your feet and imagine gentle roots extending downward into the earth.
These roots send a message of stability and safety, anchoring you in the present moment.
As you breathe out, feel your nervous system begin to regulate.
Your shoulders drop, Your jaw unclenches.
Your heartbeat naturally slows, finding a calmer, more balanced rhythm.
There is nothing you need to fix.
There is nowhere you need to be.
Your body knows how to return to balance when it feels safe enough to do so.
Silently repeat:
I am grounded.
I am safe.
I am supported.
Stay here for a few more easy breaths, allowing your system to settle and reset.
When you are ready, gently bring your awareness back, carrying this sense of steadiness and regulation with you into the rest of your day
