The Clarity Check
If you’re at a fork in the road and your mind keeps changing its answer, try this:
Meditate for 3 minutes (just enough to settle).
Hold Option A in your mind for 60 seconds.
Ask: How does my energy/body feel?
Then
Hold Option B for 60 seconds.
Ask: How does my energy/body feel?
Notice:
Open / Tight
Light / Heavy
Calm / Activated
Why it works:
your nervous system tells the truth faster than than your mind does
