What it is
A simple, silent, mantra-based meditation. You repeat a personal mantra, which helps the mind settle and quiet itself. The intention is to move beyond thinking into a state of deep inner calm, relaxation, and expanded awareness.
Why it helps
It quiets mental chatter, which reduces stress and anxiety. The mantra gives the mind a gentle focus, allowing thoughts to soften. The nervous system shifts into a relaxed state, helping the body release tension. Regular practice improves emotional balance, clarity, and resilience. It supports better sleep, focus, and overall well-being through consistent deep rest
Choose your Mantra
It can be anything you may need.
Here are some suggestions:
I am Love • I am Safe • I am Happy • I am Grateful • I am Worthy • I am Enough • I am Abundant • I am strong • I am Light
Meditation (Start with 1 minute)
The first step is to focus on the breath and count each inhale and exhale.
Inhale for a count of four.
Exhale for a count of eight.
Now simply begin to repeat your mantra internally at a comfortable pace.
You may find it helpful to mentally emphasize the beginning and end of each repetition.
